Light Your Day

Have you ever entered a room and knew immediately that something was going on without ever having heard or said a word? What you were experiencing was the energy of the people in that room. Light Your Day is an inspiration received from The Universe, Source, God, my higher power. It is based on this premise of us being entirely energetic beings. We share this energy with everyone we interact with at all times. It's not our choice. While this energy exchange is not something we have any control over, what we can affect is the nature of the energy we exchange. The nature of this energy affects our whole life negatively and positively. The type of energy we hold attracts the same type of energy for others and the universe. Negative energy attracts more negative energy, positive energy attracts more positive energy. Thoughts and emotions affect our energy, and we can change the type of energy we exchange and attract by adjusting these as well. That is what Light Your Day is about. Adjusting your energy. Light Your Day came about as a result of my concern about a family member and the negative energy vortex they were living in on a daily basis. I wanted a way to help them get out of the cycle they were in and this is what came from my conversation with my higher power. Light Your Day is about adjusting the energy we live in on a daily basis and by helping identify any possible blocks we may have to living to our fullest purpose and potential.
