False advertising

I would give this book a zero rating if possible. It is supposed to be a" lift the flaps on every truck". The only problem is that ALL19 of the flaps were ripped out of the book, leaving it damaged with important text information removed. I find it disgusting that someone would sell this book as "Acceptable Condition". It was totally unacceptable! I am quite unhappy with this seller!
