Life's Rambles is a collection of poems born from silence and shadows. It is a journey into the dark and often taboo corners of human experience-where trauma, addiction, mental illness, grief, and shame live.
These poems are not easy. They are raw, unfiltered, and honest. They speak for those who have been silenced or ignored, for the stories too painful or too complicated to be shared in polite company. They are a testament to the complexity of survival and the fractured beauty found in pain.
Through this work, I seek to illuminate what many turn away from: the whispers beneath the surface, the screams behind closed doors. This manuscript is an offering to anyone who has felt unseen or unheard, and a call to face the uncomfortable truths we all carry.
Writing Life's Rambles has been an act of bearing witness-to my own experiences and to those whose voices often go unheard. It is my hope that these poems foster understanding, empathy, and conversation about the shadows we share.
