This book is filled with poems from a wounded soldier who remains steadfast in their faith in God. The author's thoughts reflect psalms and hymns that help maintain their strength while relying on God's word of truth. The poems express the struggles and challenges of life, as well as the many battles within their minds. Unfortunately, numerous children of God have fallen into the trap of giving up or walking away from their faith because the fight feels too intense. However, the scriptures remind us that those who endure to the end have exercised their faith in Him.

The beauty of walking with Jesus as Lord and Saviour is that no matter what happens, we must always learn to depend on Him. Life is not easy for anyone, and while it may seem that non-believers have it easier, their situation is far worse. If they do not turn their lives over to God, their souls are lost forever.

I sincerely hope these poems empower you to continue living a life that pleases God. Even when no one is observing your journey, always strive to make progress in your relationship with Him. In the end, your story will be as beautiful as those of many soldiers of the Bible.
