The very best book I ever read about Body and Mind

I bought this book, after just seeing the cover the book in abookstore. Normally, I read few pages before I buy a book, but this book is different. Every page of this book is filled with information. Author has done quite a lot of research and all the data he collected from many many sources he has put in one book. for example on page 178, author provides a LIFE EXPECTANCY TABLE. I have never seen such a table in any book. Believe it or not in four pages, author summerised all about AIDS! I gave this book as a Christmas present to my 16 year old son and he was thrilled to receive it. Please read this book, chances are that you will keep the book on your coffee table as a referance guide for future use
