Life On Paper

"Life on Paper" gives us a chance to recognize the similarities our stories may have with one another even though we come from different walks of life. We all have a story that consists of a cover, characters, setting, plot, and moral. Our cover is the story we tell on the surface that we often use to protect us from the chances of becoming vulnerable and getting hurt. As we go through life's journeys, at some point we conduct a character analysis and take time to decipher who is really there for us and which individuals we should have never connected ourselves to in the first place. We decide if we're going to allow our setting or current circumstance, determine whether we're going to give up or live it up! In most cases, we all have made plans and come up with how the plot of our story should go, but often find that things don't always go according to the way we've planned them too. And finally, with everyday we live, a moral or lesson is revealed that explains why we had to go through what we went through. This collection of poems though written from a young point of view can be found relatable to those of all ages. It will also inspire others to pick up the pen and share their testimony by putting their life on paper.
