Roscoe Champion is an old-timer himself, living in a facility full of old folks. He knows of what he writes. He incorporated keen observation regarding the idiosyncrasies and of RLC experiences of people. A quirky sense of humor is reflected in his writing. His careers have been: an engineer in Advanced Systems R & D; an Air Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy with a squadron aboard an aircraft carrier; and a small business owner. He lives in an old folks facility in Albuquerque, NM, (the source of his humor) near his family of children, grand-children & great-grand-children.

This book is full of chuckles. You, the reader, will laugh aloud at the view of the octogenarians at the everyday things of their life. They live in their own "warehouse" awaiting their own "distribution." Every thing has humorous aspects, be it the "thingee" that changes the channel on their TV or the thoughts that keep them awake in the middle of the night. One wonders what really goes through the minds of the waitresses as they wait -- ever-so-patiently - for your order for dinner. Life becomes fun in the old-timers place of abode.
