This makes a great gift

The author here provides an excellent list of all the practical advice possible for a kid heading off to college that neither Polonius or your own parents ever got around to giving. And he does it without being condescending or snarky. From getting good grades through balancing a checkbook, this roadmap through the difficult terrain of being a young student is thorough and detailed. I recommend it highly for graduating high school seniors.
