Life, Belief, and Healing: Mania! A Spiritual Disorder?

Welcome to my inner struggles and successes in this mind, body, and spirit endeavor. It begins with aspects of life that construct the mind, includes science, and models the brain, mind, and God for understanding. Goals were to heal my bipolar disorder, nurture beliefs, and assist readers in healing their disorders. Athletes exercise their minds and bodies to limits to experience feedback and improve abilities. Unique psychiatric exercises extend the brain and mind to limits to experience feedback, release trauma effects, and improve mental abilities. Processes have healed a physicist's/nuclear engineer's bipolar disorder and have nurtured spiritual beliefs. I became overstressed and bipolar in 1977 due to early sibling bullying and mostly from a dysfunctional marriage. My former wife, deceased, was an adult child of two alcoholic parents. To her, marriage was to control or be controlled. Sporadic manic episodes continued until developing and practicing psychiatric exercises that released healing sensations from the neck, throat, and brain stem. Pleasant sensations have changed over 24 years while practicing the same exercises - proof of mental healing. The brain and mind are complex and heal slowly. Prescribed medications alone were not preventing sporadic episodes. Medications, psychiatric exercises, facial meditation, and spiritual messages received have healed my bipolar disorder. I approach life and healing from an integrated Christian and science perspective. Sporadic manic episodes have given a unique perspective of life. An expected imminent death flash, manic episodes, and an astounding spiritual message inspired spiritual exploration and writing. Spiritual messages received were new and exciting initially but soon felt as if known for a long time. A goal was to bring science and religion closer together. Spiritual sensitivities increased calmness and assisted healing. Sanity is worth all efforts. We have lived with trauma effects for so long we are unaware of their restrictions. Conflicting and non-conflicting psychiatric neck exercises purged emotional energy from traumatized neural networks. Brief psychiatric exercises extended the brain and mind to limits preparing them for greater stresses similar to vaccinations preparing the body for preventing diseases. We learn about and heal our minds by briefly extending them to limits. I have been free of sporadic manic episodes for over 24 years - my amazing success! Modeling and designing nuclear reactors and my Christian and physics backgrounds have helped model the brain, mind, and God. Science discovers how God designed, engineered, and manufactured the universe. Light, electromagnetic radiation, from one activating neuron does not create a mind. Light from all activating neurons and their reflections, integrations, and absorption within the brain create the mind. Light within the brain imprints information onto, and reads information from, brain cell membranes to create the mind. Brain cell membranes are the mind's photographic media. The brain creates the mind and recursively the mind controls the brain and body. Light from billions of neurons creates our subconscious minds. Iterating, resonating, and converging Light lasting long enough creates our much slower conscious minds. The subconscious mind processes very fast but iterates and converges relatively slowly creating consciousness and thinking. Models give understanding of the brain and mind working together. When attempting to complete my first healing book, I received an overwhelming spiritual message: "Don't leave God out!" I began writing spiritually. Near death experiences, psychiatric exercises, facial meditation, physics, neuroscience, personal experiences, and Christianity have cultured my beliefs. God created the universe and is more real than the universe. He made Man's mind in His image. Spiritually, we are our minds. I am proud to have been bipolar and to have healed my disorder.
