Ms. Langford has created a truly wonderful collector's book. The identification and information on each Kiddle doll is comprehensive and indispensable for valuation. Visually, it is a delight just to thumb through page after page of colour photos; a walk down memory lane at it's finest. Other 60's dolls with similar appeal are featured as well. Obviously, I can't say enough about this book.

Ms. Langford has provided kiddle collectors with an invaluable tool for kiddle lovers and nostalgic doll lovers in general. This book provides the most complete coverage of all the kiddle dolls produced by Mattel during the 1960-1970s, and also provides information on other kiddle-related merchandise that was manufactured, such as lunchboxes, play houses, gift sets, and jewerly. It is jam crammed with excellent color photographs of each and every item, and even includes copies of those nostalgic pages out of the Sears Wishbook! This is a MUST for any kiddle lover. I have had Liddle Kiddles carefully packed away for 30 years. Whenever I asked people if they remember them, they said no . . . now I know I was just asking the wrong people!Much to my astonishment, I found Liddle Kiddles on an auction website, which led to a high recommendation of this book. I simply cannot believe the thoroughness of the information, the amazing number of photographs, and the easy-to-read layout. This book would have been worth twice the price, no kidding.I found out all of my Kiddles have names -- something I wasn't aware of. It also reminded me of ones that have long since been gone, and the nostalgia tour made me long for them, but in a happy memory sort of way.Thank you to Ms. Langford for an outstanding effort, obviously a "labor of love." What a smile she brought to my face as I found out that I am definitely NOT the only one who remembers Liddle Kiddles!

Paris Lanford's LIDDLE KIDDLES Indentification and Value Guide is more than just another price guide for those who want to sell dolls that they happen to pick up at garage sales and flea markets. The book, a Kiddle Kollector's dream, is more like a tribute to, and reminder of, the dreams of young girls whose biggest worries are coloring in between the lines and whether or not mother will be serving brussel sprouts with dinner. This book takes one back in time, where for that short period while reading, one can pretend to be ten again, or eight, or six. Paris' book is unique in that it amuses and entertains as well as it informs. It also fulfills a need. The need of the passionate collector. No other collecting book I have read has so fulfilled its obligation to the reader because no other author, in my experience, has gone to such lengths to give every detail, however minute, her full attention. I speak for the entire kiddle kommunity when I say thank you.Paris. The guide is not only a godsend for the kollector, but a fabulous adult read.
A wonderful Kiddle source-sure to bring smiles for ages!

This Liddle Kiddles book by Paris Langford has to be one of the most complete books on Doll Collecting ever, I have over two dozen collectors books on dolls and this one has to be the best! The book is descriptive and informative, it includes wonderful pictures and many warm memories of a childhood I thought was lost forever. I can't thank you enough for writing this book-I have looked at it 1,000 times at least! I have purchased two-one for carrying with me all over creation and one for "Good"! This book is a must have for anyone that collects Kiddles, Flatsys, Dolly Darlings, Flower Darlings, and Upsy Downsy's. The book devotes sections to these other dolls as well. A well written book, by the charming Paris Langford-who is in my opinion- The Heart and Soul of every Liddle Kiddle ever made! Thank You!!!!!!
