Wonderful Book

I just finished library school and used this book as the primary reference for my final project on "The Dao of Crisis Communications." This is a very comprehensive, useful, and easy-to-understand reference book. I read at least 40 articles and four other crisis communications-related books to research my topic, but this was the best in terms of addressing crisis planning in a library setting. I found no other book like it. I highly recommend.
