The country town of Lialia is dying. The freeway bypassed it. Covid killed tourism. And now the Lialia 2 Power Station is closing. Desperate times call for bold decisions. The Chamber of Commerce votes to hire a publicity firm and they want something big, substantial, global, Unfortunately, the Mayor can't spell. He hires Bill Globil. Bill is on his last legs but so is Lialia. He'll do anything and so will the Chamber of Commerce. Somehow, their bizarre publicity campaign works; Lialia begins to boom and tourists flood in. There's just one problem. Nothing in the campaign is true. And dark forces want the town shut down.
