I’ve sat with this book for a long time.

I’ve been reading this book for about 6 months, slowly digesting it and taking my time. There is so much wisdom in these pages that I often re-read what I’ve just read so I can try to hold it in my brain and squeeze every last bit of meaning from it. This book has offered me so much peace, it’s allowed me to adopt a practice that has been life changing in so many ways. I may be one of those people who searches for synchronicities, but everytime I pick this book up, every single time, it applies directly to the reason i picked it up, whatever is happening in my life, whatever guidance I’m looking for I find in these pages. I’m so thankful this book exists.

A concept I knew; THIS is a simple way to adopt the process

I read Power VS Force and it was a true redirect for me, although very challenging to read for the average person. That took real commitment on my part to finish, where as this one, simple language and the concept is not any further than the first chapter. Refreshing to read something with the concept and steps right up front, and evidence and examples from real life to anchor it in. This book is a game changer for anyone who has been working on SURRENDER and just doesn’t get the HOW.
