This book describes a journey, the emotional road of placing a son in a residential group home when he was six years old. The group home was able to teach my son things he could not learn at home and helped shape him out of his aggression and into a calm young man. The poetry addresses the difficult issues related to residential placement of a child with a disability. It speaks to the moments of coming together and coming part.
