The idea of journaling has never been one that thrilled me. I have a hard time writing out how I feel, and fail to see the point sometimes. That being said, writing letters to my son is something entirely meaningful. Whether I plan to give them to him now, or leave them to him after I am gone, I know there is a very POWERFUL point to it.
