Louise Hay deals with topics like: abuse, addictions, aging, careers, death and grief, dis-ease, education, emotional problems, family problems, fears and phobias, friendship, gay and lesbian issues, health, inner child, parenting/children, prosperity, romantic relationships, spiritual well-being, women's issues, miscellaneous. She explains each topic at the beginning of the chapter together with letters sent by people to her dealing with that precise issue. As an answer, she gives the probable causes of the problem and ends with the affirmations which will help overcome the problem. Once read all these issues together with her explanations and affirmations, an answer from our inside wisdom might occur. All this needs lots of personal work.
