This is my story on the Lettau family over many years starting in Konitz, West Prussia ending in Norrie, Wisconsin as I wantrd my Lettau relatives to know family history before there are no Lettau's that know the history. I hope this document will be better than files of papers and pictures.. The Wilhelm Gottlieb Lettau family came to the United States in 1892 from Konitz, West Prussia and settled in Norrie, Wisconsin. My grand-parents and 4 month old son left from Germany sailing on the steamship Karsruhe arriving in a port in Baltimore. Grand-father's goal was the state of Wisconsin. This is the first of Lettau but hopefully not the last,
