These fifty poems were selected from a collection written over a decade. These are extracts from reflections of events in my life, the life of others and lessons learned from interacting with the elements of nature. Some of the poems could console, some are relaxing other are positively provocative. Written poetry is my developing hobby that I intend to get better at and age. The phrases in this selection have simplified the world around me to a level of understanding. These poems present views that may entertain or enlighten.
