Let's Talk About God is my summary of what I have learned to understand about God's character as I went through various trials outside of the church for the last 16 years, as I have been put to the test by God and the various groups that he has raised up to oppose me to test my faith. In the book, in part 1 I cover at least 13 of the key biblical attributes of who God is as we know him in scripture. In part 2, I transition from his divine attributes to looking at how he manifests himself through man. When we look at man, we are looking at God's image, and the problem with this version of God's image is that it lacks divinity and is corrupted by sin. The correction is made at salvation when he forgives this corrupted image for misrepresenting him by sealing him with what he is lacking which is his holy spirit. Thus, God is partly restored in saved man, however, because man is still in a fallen sinful body, his divine image is still marred. Read the book prayerfully, and ask God to reveal himself in a more intimate way to you as you read each page.
