Let's Play Piano WITH LEFT HAND ONLY: Great tunes arranged for left hand only to help piano students learning the bass clef

By Heather Milnes

PIANO MUSIC FOR LEFT HAND ONLY? "What's this? I have two hands, and I prefer to use my right hand if only one is allowed" "That's you and all of the other pianists in the world then. But you know what they say 'do not let your right hand know what your left hand is doing'. With a little practice you will soon grow to like them equally." "So will my left hand enjoy this book?" "Well that depends on many things, but I hope so!" WHAT THIS BOOK IS ABOUT Most students learning to play the piano struggle more with reading the bass clef notes than they do reading the right hand, treble clef notes. There could be many reasons for this, but one cause is almost certain to be the fact that most piano music is more complex for the right hand than it is for the left. As a result, the right hand is getting far more practice than the left. Well, here is the solution or, at least, a help. A book full of tunes which are in bass clef only. The left hand now has some great tunes, ones which match the quality and interest that, usually, only the right hand gets. The problem of weak bass clef, left hand note reading is one which can effect students who have been learning for several years. So this book offers tunes which are suitable not only for beginners but also for more advanced students. Don't let your left hand languish, under used and bored. Keep this book in your music case and get it out regularly in order to keep your bass clef demons well tamed!
