Excellent, a must have for anyone who loves to have fun.

This book is fantastic. It is definitely not for Stevie and Mikey who just graduated from some small softy east coast liberal arts college where they learned to "appreciate art and respect the environment," and are in Europe to observe "cultural diversity." Stay at home boys: maybe someday you'll score. This book is for the people who want to rage and puke through Europe and see the sites if not too hung over. In a nutshell, if you want boredom and predictability in your Eurotrip pick up "Let's Go" and stay in Florence looking at paintings and discussing politics. If you want to push the envelope, fly to London, start heading toward the epicenter of chaos (Greece), and don't forget "Let's Party." Reality.
A travel gem

This book provides something which all other travel books do not- a detailed account of the best way to have fun in Europe. Though the writing may seem goofy ( as it should be), it is also insightful and catches the mindset of a traveller. These people know how to travel, and reading this will give you an idea of how to also. While the party passports are outdated, they were honored everywhere. One bartender in Nice gave me the shirt off his back- literally, because he did not have any of the shirts offerred in the Passport. Anyone who has any amount of "fun" in their bloodstream will enjoy this book.
The book turns Europe into a playground

My girlfriend and I took a vacation to get away from it all. We liked the book because it had attitude plus it set a tone that reminded us not to take things so serious and relax. My younger brother is planing a trip to Europe this summer unless a new edition is out, I will be passing down my worn-down-torn-up copy to him.
A happy companion? we loved it

Along with my travel buddies we used this book to give us an inside track on the nightlife of Europe. We were not disappointed. We found the book's chapter intros informative and entertaining. The author asks not to merely witness the history of Europe but to make some of your own... we did. Matched with the other book we had - Let's Go Europe, the Let's Party guide had a more refreshing and personal approach. I personally liked it because it did not try to be all things for all people. Aside from the chapter intros, the reviews are humorous and are, for the most part, right-on. I was surprised to find, three years after the book was published, that some but not all owners of bars and clubs still honored the Party Passport that was included with the book. The free goodies in the passport more then paid for the price of the book. With the exception of a few editorial botch-ups, I recommend this book and would like to be notified when the next edition will be out. Jerry C.
Helpful book

This book helped me and my friends while backpacking in Europe. We used the standard travel guidebooks during the day for sightseeing and interesting facts, but this book is a must have for the "nightlife" and entertainment when the sun goes down. It helped us tremendously to find places that were fun, cool and interesting. A must pack item for the young, fun seeking backpacker.
