I had the chance to purchase this book many times but never did until one day a former student of mine gave it to me as a present. After reading this book I regret not getting it sooner. This is a fantastic book! I will definitely be recommending it to all my current and future students. Sifu Anthony Iglesias Syracuse Martial Arts Academy

FINALLY!!! A self improvement book that you can actually use

I've read a lot of books about self improvement. Most of those end up in my next garage sale. This one is a "keeper". Finally something written that is easy and fun to read, makes sense, and (most importantly) shows that the author is a real human being. It is very easy to be drawn into the book as Brault talks about what he has learned from a variety of masters. The qualilty that appeals to me the most, however is that this is a book about a person on a simple journey to understand how to make both his life and the lives of people he interacts with, better. The book points out some good paths to follow and then walks with you along the way.The author uses a lot of humor (either that, or my own sense of humor is a bit warped) to make his points and to show real life with all of it's lumps, warts and goofs. Once again, stuff that I can really relate to.You may be able to buy this book on-line, but you won't be able to buy it in my next garage sale.
Excellent book about self-discovery

The personal stories the author includes in this work is what makes you want to keep reading. You feel as if the author is speaking directly to you. He touches on everyday life and how to be a better person for yourself and your family. Definately a book you will want to read and re-read.
