I purchased this with the intent on doing a mild stretch-type workout. It's not mild. I love it, though. I'm well into my 50's and needed something to help with my aging bones. Although I'm in good shape, I needed some stretch excersises to keep my body flexible. I like Leslie's walk workouts and know that she's easy on the body so I decided to try this dvd. It's an easy and slow moving workout that's perfect for older people. I've been using this for about 3 weeks now and have noticed my body feels less stiff and my knees feel so much better after using the resistance band. There are two parts to this dvd, one without the resistance band and the other with. Both are great for getting the body loose and feeling better.
