Her memories, which she wrote down while they were still fresh, were published in Poland in 1946. Les Cahiers de Janina (Janina's Notebooks) is an extraordinary account of the life and death of the Jews of Lwow. They are translated here into French together with previously unpublished manuscript fragments and an epilogue written in 2015 by the author.
