A Lego activity book without the Legos and bracelets that are supposed to be included.

I was disappointed when I opened the package and discovered that the bracelets and lego pieces were missing. The entire point of the book is to use those parts. There's no way that this could have been an oversight, because the parts are prominently displayed through a die-cut opening on the cover of the book. Very poor work.
