False Advertising- Not The Kit

I ordered this as a gift for a little boy's birthday. Came today, birthday tomorrow. Was initially excited it arrived in time as I was sweating. Everything about this listing implies it is the complete kit- legos and racetrack included. IT'S NOT. This is ONLY the book and nothing else. Luckily the return initiation is easy but now I have to scramble to find something new to bring. Really displeased at the misleading description and photo.
