He hides in a cave not knowing it is the home of a thousand-year-old Vampire named Drago. Drago takes the young man and turns him it a Vampire to serve him. Despite being one of the undead the young man dreams of returning to England and reclaiming his birthright, how he did not know, but there had to be a way. Fate steps in and frees him from the mad Drago and he begins the long trek home only to find his mother penny-less. They set sail for New Orleans and find another war.
