Beware Can't tell the difference between hard cover and soft

They can't tell the difference between hard cover and soft. Second time I sent it back for the same reason. My time and effort to take it back to the post office. Can't trust them. Well there's other book stores.

The description says hardcover when in fact all three are paperback. Very deceptive smh

Haven't read them but very displeased because I ordered hardcover and they are paperback
