Leaves from a Sufi Journal

This is an excellent book. It is a nice sampler of religious topics relating to spirituality, from a shia-sufi perspective. I'm neither sufi nor shia, but I really appreciate the thoughts presented here. Chapter topics include Man's Nature, Family and Society, Health, Knowledge and Education,Quran, Prophets and Imams, Inner Reality/Outer Practice, and On the Path. It is a compilation of selections written by different authors. Very readable, and accessible. Wonderful advice on childrearing.
