Learning To Trust

I really enjoyed this book in two days. Could not put it down. The characters are beautifully written and the story is very emotional. I found myself getting frustrated about one character and was crying a chapter later. Lovely story.

Wonderfully Romantic!

I really enjoyed this book and it's beautifully written charcaters. I thought it flowed very well and was an easy read. Infact, I read it in one sitting because I was enjoying it that much! I fell in love with the main characters and hate the villains. I guess that it was a good book does to the reader...it pulls you into their lives as though they are real! JY Morgan has given these charcters real life qualities to their personalities and they each have their own flaws and demons. They are not are not perfect in all aspects of their lives and they all have their deep, dark secrets. I found myself rooting for the new friendship and possibly more relationship between Jace and Taryn. Sparks fly between each other from the moment they meet. I loved the close friendship between Anne and Jace. They really looked out for eachother! This book brings a lot to the table... Haunted pasts, lots of misunderstandings throughout, and a love that is forever if they can only open their hearts to one another. I was hoping for a happy ending to all of the distrust and misunderstandings but, what this book gives is a lot more than that. Read the book, you won't be disappointed! Pure enjoyment! I look forward to reading more from J.Y. Morgan. I will keep this book in my collection to read again!

Great Debut

I really enjoyed this book - I especially enjoyed the character of Jace. Here is a woman who is totally in charge of her professional life but is very insecure with her personal one. It seems that whenever a woman like Jace (tall, impossing, confident) is portrayed in other books she's always so sure of herself in all aspects of her life it was nice to read her as rather shy in her personnal dealings. The dialogue between Jace & Taryn felt real and the hesitantcy they had when speaking about their issues felt like it went with the characters and the way they were written. Another reviewer was disappointed because they had read the online version - I had not so maybe that made a difference but overall I had to say I found it a very enjoyable read and I look forward to seeing the next book from this author.

Great Read

This book kept me reading from start to finish. I could not put the book down and couldn't wait to get from chapter to chapter. I enjoyed the journey of the two main characters, Jace and Taryn. The book stirred emotions in me and I felt like I was a part of the story. I was impressed with this debut book from JY Morgan and would highly recommend it.

Great Read!

Great book! Easy read! I am not a big reader but this book really kept my interest. Can't wait for the next book from this author. Story line was well developed. I'm not big into books that "overexaggerate" initmate scenes but these were well written and "real."
