Leraning to Read and Write

I found this book very easy to read and follow.It was full of educational advice for developementally appropriate practice.It is about teaching young children to learn to read and write.

Reading, writing and more....

I have been teaching kindergarten for over two years, and this book was exactly what I needed. I have a better understanding of what is expected in kindergarten as well as the primary grades. When I return to school in the fall, I can turn my classroom into an environment that promotes literacy. The book gave several ideas for creating literacy-related props. I have a better understanding of how to teach letters and words. For all new teachers out there, do not hesitate. Check it out!
