A Must for All Parents

I bought this book 3 months ago after my friend Dee, a fellow hockey mom, kept raving about it how it was helping her strengthen her lethargic baby. I was having similar problems with my youngest. Was being the key word. In the past three months I've been applying the techniques I learned in this magnificent book and have put together a training regimen for my baby, Kitt, that both her and I look forward to each day. She's showing increased movement and flexibility, and I can even tell a difference in her muscle tone. I just hope that the hockey league has a girl's team by the time Kitt is old enough to participate because at the rate we're progressing, she's going to be a terror on ice!
