Terrrible experience as an international customer

This review is solely based on my experience as an international customer who has spent more than $100 on books (excluding shipping charges) in the past few months. They have sent me books on 2 occasions that are either in a much more worse condition than they have described (there was patches of cement-like cast residue on a book described as good condition) and this time I received a book that is of a much earlier version (that was less than half of the price I paid) than the one that I have purchased! Both times, I have to pay dearly (for the international shipping fee) for their mistakes! That is totally unjustified! International customers be forewarned!
