Learn To Like Yourself is a book about becoming comfortable in your own skin. It is for people who are seeking meaning outside of institutional and ideological frameworks. If you are already happy and feel supported by a religion, a political party, or another framework, please leave this book for someone else to read. For those who discover within themselves that they are naturally inclined to seek meaning independently, this book is an informal introduction to a process that takes months and years. This book seeks to be general in referring to problems and solutions, in order to help more people and to avoid offending. It references topics such as consciousness, energy work, magic, confidence, subconscious change, and private storytelling. It alludes to institutional and ideological over reach into the lives of individuals, via present day methods and technologies. It is a presentation of my understanding of how to learn to like yourself, so that you can compare it to your own understanding and see if it resonates with you. It's a collage of my tinkering with this subject. Its not authority or professional opinion. The first half is the actual book (96 pages), and the rest is a series of exercises and guided visualizations to help inform your journey.
