The book is sharp to the point. No blabbing, no jargon. It really helped me to study the language and start programming in a few days.

Excellent for beginners.

My background was just GWBASIC. This book helped me, step by step, to understand the concepts of pointers and data structures in an optimal time. The only disadvantage of the book is the small font. However, the programs on the companion disk have helped.
