It implies that the revolution he brought could not happen without his exceptional leadership qualities. It is not possible to document all of these merits but some of them have been included in this short treatise. The contents of the book include his motivational strategy, decision-making power, social responsibility, the method of cultural change, an innovative way of addressing issues and financial strategy. The topic is supplemented with a case study i.e. one of his major milestones to achieve his objectives. It was the peace treaty of Hodhabia which was a turning point in the history of Islam.
