Wow!

I have read & listened to many books & tapes on leadership - this book & volume 2 are like a fresh breath of air! These books are primarily for church based leadership!

Leadership That Builds People, Vol. 1

This book is excellent. It is about the importance of having a correct foundation - knowing what Jesus did for you, believing it and walking it out - everything flows out of intimacy with HIM! If that isn't our foundation then we will not be able to live life more abundantly as we minister. You can only be kingdom minded if you know who you are and what He has done - then you can be a true servant! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is in fulltime ministry or is desiring to walk into their destiny.....Breath of fresh air - not a how to book ,but a reminder of what has already been done and how to walk out of that!
