Working with heart for me is making the impossible possible, understanding and demonstrating that there are no limits, except those that your mind conditions for you.It is necessary to understand that there are skills (that must be developed and trained), and enablers, that allow you to develop these skills. The ability to develop "peers" with a mentor's methodology will make the professional successful.There are six pillars that enable us to grow: Decide, Sell, Negotiate, know about Finance, develop Networks, and manage Technology.There are twelve pillars that allow us to grow later: Core, Charisma, Confidence, Cooperation, Courage, Commitment, Constancy, Corpus, Cognition, Communication, Criterion and Coherence.When I mention core of heart, what exactly do I mean? What does it mean in real life? Passion is an intense feeling, it involves desire, enthusiasm for something, it can be an activity, a cause, a person or a thing. It is important to clarify that dedicating yourself to your passion does not guarantee enjoyment 100% of the time, since it also requires sacrifices and effort and, at times, suffering may even be present.

When you find your passion, you are willing to dedicate yourself even when doing so requires effort and sacrifice, otherwise it is just a hobby.
