This Doctor of Ministry thesis was written to document a development program and its evaluation. The new service developed was an online theological seminary for Christian leaders in developing countries. By 2022, the service has reached over 2000 students in more than 50 countries. Findings of the study can be utilized for further development of alternative models in occupational education and assessing options for alternative ways to carry out leadership formation programs in rapid church growth and multiplication setting.
