This Activities Training Manual is one of four modules (Red, Orange, Blue, and Green) designed to teach organizational leadership to 5- to 9-year-olds. It includes over 30 project-based, peer-led activities. Leader qualities in the Red Module include ethics, honor, communication, and power. Methods are modeled after executive training but are age-sized for children. The designer is Alan E. Nelson, EdD, a global leader in your leader identification and development. These materials are used internationally, focusing on teamwork and, more importantly, how to lead teams. Dr. Nelson teaches at institutions such as the Naval Postgraduate School, USC, and UCI and is the founder of KidLead (www.KidLead.com) and LeadYoung Training Systems.
