Great book !!!!!

As a youth leader, I am always looking for ways to grow in my calling to ministry. Mike McGarry's book is an excellent addition to my library and frankly should be in the library of every youth worker and church in America. The book is an easy read, and easy to understand. Mike is definitely writing to the everyday youth workers, the guys and gals in the trenches, and not strictly for the seminary student. The book is written in two parts. Part one is more theology, and although it is not super extensive, it will give you a great foundation to build on, and a great place to start. Part two is the practical day to day, nuts and bolts stuff. You know the "How to" of running a successful youth ministry. I can not recommend this book enough !!!!
