Friendship, love, drama, and lots of fighting. Sometimes in that order, at times a bit scrambled. At what point do you tell your husband you saw your ex in a way only his wife should? A girl would have to be blind to not notice Boris looks good, with or without his clothes. For some reason it's hard for Lisa-Shay to erase that image from her mind, even after an extended time. Jacob is Lisa's dream guy, she's over Boris? She must be And there goes that question of morality, yet again. As a Christian it's on the table when it comes to keeping our soul aimed toward the pearly gates. She knows she needs to tell Jacob, but how? A confession like that can change everything. One can only assume chaos lies in the future of Boris and Candice when Tasha seemingly sets her sights on Boris. She wants him and she is determined to have him....in her bed.

The horse and carriage keep dreamers in awe when it comes to romance. What girl doesn't fantasize about someday getting married and living happily ever after with the love of her life? The thing is those little girls don't factor in the possibility of being a first-responder's wife. The job is admirable, and they deserve to be appreciated for the sacrifice they make. We find ourselves unknowingly relying on them in instances when we don't feel safe. Gunshots firing.... bring the dangers and fears that can be faced close to home for Lisa-Shay.

When you hear of an Officer being down on scene, you bite your nails until your phone rings. Never does that wife (Lisa-Shay) phantom what she will do when she's nauseated continually, and that phone doesn't ring with the assurance Jacob is okay. With the weight of the world on her shoulders it seems all is about to come crashing down Lisa-Shay can't go anywhere but to her knees.

This story is a realistic depiction of love that can easily come, but a reminder of how it can just as easily slip away, engulfed pain, sorrows and a joy that comes in the morning. It can be overwhelming when life continually comes your way even though you have your supportive and encouraging friends.
