One day, a police patrol is called to investigate a strange smell in a building that is situated in a neighborhood where there is quite a lot of chemical activity. Just before they arrive at the site, the driver can barely avoid a collision with a young woman, who crosses the street. The woman, Laurie, is covered in blood and her entire body is wrapped up in barbed wire. She tells the cops that she was kept prisoner and was able to escape. But, many others were not as lucky. The story is partly based on the crimes committed by Amercian serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, as well as on the crimes committed by the Belgian-Hungarian pastor Andras Pandy, in combination with the dangers that occur on different chat sites on the internet.
