Sample the most famous Latin techniques from a variety of countries--Salsa from Cuba and Puerto Rico; Merengue from the Dominican Republic; and Lambada (the forbidden dance) from Brazil. The pictorial sequences break it all down for you, so you'll burn the floor with intricate footwork, swinging hips and smooth-as-silk partnering.
I have been looking around for a food instructional book in Latin dancing for a long time. I think I have finally found what I was looking for. This book not only looks great, but you can actually learn from it. The illustrations are very clear and the explanations below tell me exactly what is going on. Thois book is great for someone like me that can't spend hours in front of the TV. I strongly recommend this book to anyone who wants to know what these Latin dances are. A great present too!
