Latin American public universities

It can be inferred that the state of the art built refers to the need to increase the budget for public universities, improve their quality, and also indicate that numerous private universities are being created to meet the unsatisfied demand.It was observed that, at the Latin American level, there are 10 countries that have between 1 and 8 public universities, while the other 10 countries have between 15 and 108 public universities.It would be an important step for the 433 public universities in Latin America to establish joint research networks, faculty internships, student exchanges, recognition of academic degrees, scientific journals and funding for high-impact research.
