Filling in the blanks, almost.

The word, sensuous pops up far too often in the first few pages. That is where I cease to be too critical. Otherwise, the book fills in or offers intriguiging outtakes that we miss with the film that was released.That is the opinion of someone who has remained captivated to this day by Bertolucci and Brando in this portrayal of a certain brand of desperation.
