Recently retired Colonel Connor Patrick O'Leary, USMC is contracted to run Operation Sirocco providing air support, first for the Kurds in the Middle East and then friendly forces in the Horn of Africa. Connor's contact with a Russian GRU agent implicates the Russians in US election interference in 2016 and 2020. The Administration and he disagree over the handling of evidence leading to friction.
