I have owned this book since the 80's when I found it on sale at a book store. The recipes in this book are good and dependable. I have kept this book around for a long time and I am going to order some used copies for friends for Christmas. The recipes are not fancy but solid and they offer a sampling of country cooking from all parts of the world. Very useful book.
