Repairing Dam on Earth Pond (Lake)

My dam on the lake collapsed on April 1st 2005. I have been looking for a book with information on how to build (re-build) an earthen dam. This book has a lot of good ideas on how to build an earthen dam and it doesn't hurt to know that the author has been building them for over 20 years. The neighbors said that the dam has been re-built 2 times, and they still have not learned from their mistakes. With this book I can point out the problems and try to rebuild it to last longer than 2 years. Can't wait to try his techniques.
