While the Doctor was looking at the pictures Oscar had opened up his suit jacket and took out a 44 magnum bulldog. "What is the meaning of this? Why are you taking pictures of my family?" demanded the Doctor "Like I told you, I was sent here by my boss, Mr. DeLeon." "What did you say?" said Kent. He had not seen the pistol in Oscar's hand because the briefcase was hiding it. "This is also for you Doctor" revealing the pistol. The Doctor's mouth opened but nothing came out. Oscar turned the briefcase around so the Doctor could see what was inside. "It's a quarter million dollars Doctor in new crisp bills." Kent was shocked, he looked at the pictures, at the money and then at the huge pistol in the man's hand. "Dr. Milgore, Mr. DeLeon is offering you a quarter million dollars to do an operation on his daughter Mia. She means the world to him. If you don't take the money and accept the job offer I will shoot you in the head and go kill your ex-wife, your wife, your daughter and even your wife's dog will get killed." "What, Mr. DeLeon? I told him I couldn't do it, there is a line his daughter has to wait in..." "The only thing you have to do is perform the operation and make sure she survives." Kent could not believe what was happening in his house. There was a man with a gun pointed at him with a quarter million dollars sitting on his table and pictures of his family that were recent. "And if I say no?" Oscar pulled back the hammer on the pistol. "Then I kill you and everybody in those pictures and I go to the second best doctor in town." "No, no wait, okay I will do it!" "Smart man Dr. quarter million dollars is hard to turn down, congratulations you work for Mr. DeLeon now." Kent said nothing, he was still in shock. "You are a lucky man Doctor Normally we just pick up your family and send you a finger instead of taking pictures of them" said Oscar with a smile.
